On mine, it only seems to show up at random times at :28 and :58.It mainly depends on what is on the text-based forecast, i.e. how long it takes to narrate each page, and whether there are 3 or 4 dayparts on it. Then of course the local radar and weather bulletins also can kick the 8-cities off the playlist.
