Yeah, there are still a few that carry this for some reason. The Orlando Star has also had the narration for all three traffic screens since 2007. Here, it was discontiued sometime in early January 2006 IIRC.
Maybe the reason why these STARs still have the traffic incidents/traffic flow narration is because of the fact that the traffic overview map isn't available for those locations.

It was there until I believe April 2008 where all programs (besides A&B and WV, they remained on their sets until June) started broadcasting from Studio 1A, aka the big desk.March 30, 2008 was the last day they broadcasted in Studio 1B, including the First Outlook set (March 28 for the weekday shows). A&B's last day in their original set was May 30, and Weekend View's was June 8.

I wish TWC kept the old radar like what's in your sig image. That was much closer to the actual Weatherscan's radar. I dont mind the city name changes, though.
