Yeah, it's one of the hardest grading systems. It sucks too because it used to be where a 100-90 was an A, 89-80 was a B, 79-70 was a C, 69-60 was a D and 59 or below was an F,
That's how it's like here. Thus, I got five A+'s! I've had straight A's many times but I don't think I've ever had that many high A's before.

I will no longer buy any more Epson printers.  Their print quality sucks.
Their ink cartridges are expensive too.  :thrilled:

It also sounds like Nicole Mitchell has caught the Mike Bettes bug. :(

Jim Cantore also appears to be gone. Maybe he'll join Paul tonight for WC if Bill has to host extended DP from 2-4 PM ET?
Doesn't DP end at 3PM ET during long-form preemption, then PME starts?

I'm very sensitive when it comes to love stories...such as Romeo and Juliet.
A lot of freshmen read that book in my school. I didn't since my level of English in 9th grade didn't cover that book.

Your Local Weather / Re: Philadelphia weather
« on: April 01, 2009, 09:54:29 PM »
Last month was a generally dry month for us. Trenton, NJ just had the ninth driest March on record last month, as only 1.54 inches of rain fell, most of which came from the melted snow from the nor'easter early that month and the severe weather last Sunday. If it weren't for the nor'easter, they could of easily had the driest March on record (the driest was 0.83 inches set in 1927).

Local Forecast / Re: April 2009 playlist delayed!
« on: April 01, 2009, 04:04:59 PM »
This is nothing new though. During the Steve Hurst era, playlists starting late was a common thing. I remember both the August 2006 and April 2007 playlists not starting until the second week of the month. There were also cases where the playlist would end up being carried over to the next month (i.e. Nov/Dec. 02, Aug/Sept 06).

Like Groundhog and St. Patrick's Day, April Fools is a pointless holiday. The jokes aren't even funny anymore.

I'll try to keep this off as much as I can tomorrow. Why exactly do people waste their time making viruses?

Wow... looks like it may be ready in a month or two tops.

I don't have it THAT bad at school, but Michigan Education requrements are just getting stricter and stricter. I happen to be in the first class (Class of 2011) that has to take 4 years of math, 4 years of English, 3 years of science, 3 years of Social Studies, and I forgot the other requirements. I do agree that stricter standards and poor teaching habits along with rules and regulations make some want to slack off a bit. I admit to having that problem too.
Same here, except you only need 3 years of math. They strongly suggest you take a math senior year though. I plan on taking two math courses next year and just one the year after that.
