I've asked Jeanne many times if the August and September 2008 songs will be available in the future, but I've never got an answer.

Warren is one of the best OCMs left. I've got a full hour of footage of him back when he worked the overnight shift. I've always liked his enthusiasm.

I know that, but I was asking why they shut them down. Budget problems, I'm assuming?

Questions, Comments, Suggestions / Re: What would you like to see here at TWC Today?

« on: May 02, 2009, 12:32:27 PM »

Even stricter rules on signatures... I HATE sigs with huge images (or lots of text) in them (LDLs, etc). At least shrink them down.

I tried breaking the trend of sig images by removing mine. Hopefully a few others will follow.

Everything Else TWC / Re: General TWC Discussion

« on: May 02, 2009, 12:15:27 PM »

Today is TWC's 27th birthday.   I wonder if they'll even mention it on the air today.

I don't remember them mentioning their anniversary other than in 2002 and 2007. Although during their last SD broadcast Vivian did mention that they've been broadcasting in SD for 26 years.

I love it! For some reason, that color changing strip reminds me of how Jeopardy's set used to change colors between different rounds.

Yes Wunderground has a great network of personal weather stations. Its the place I stream my station to

They are okay, but a lot of them don't report sky conditions, so any sky condition you see on a personal weather station actually comes from the nearest airport. I've also came across a few that report inaccurate temperatures when the sun shines on them.

Why do some of you guys have shortened hours during certain days of the week? I've never been to a school that is like that.
