The one minute playlists should be shown from 10am-2pm et, IIRC.
That's what I thought. What about during weekends? Same time?

4. Tru TV (formaly Court TV). Reason why... Nancy Grace anchors (including Headline News), they have bad programming choices, and the overall theme changed. No one is watching 20+ year old reruns of COPS! I also think it was a bad idea to rename Court TV.

IMO, truTV has improved slightly the past several months. They've recently brought back law-enforcement shows they've haven't shown in months or even over a year, like LA Forensics, Till Death Do Us Part, SWAT USA, and the John Bunnell specials. Still, not nearly as good as it was during the Court TV days when they showed nine hours of courtroom coverage - that has since been cut down to six. Catherine Crier needs to be brought back too. Although I've never seen it live it looked like it was good based on what I saw on YouTube.

I think this might be the longest outage since last summer.

Yeah, mine is working the same way as well, Jesse. I wonder why though, that it never does report delays, as I have seen delays according to Lansing's Capital City Arpt website before.
I have the same problem with Atlantic City and Lehigh Valley Airport, as these airports are used in the Weatherscans here. My guess is they don't report them publicly to the FAA or something.

4:48 PM EDT with strange LF flavor!
The use of Trammell cheered me up a little.

Sorry for the double posting, but the almanac appears fine now. Now that I look at my clip again, it looks to me like the almanac just did not transition in properly.

BTW, are the flavors returning to normal now?
The local forecast at 4:38 ET started with the local obs, and there was only a 36-hour forecast instead of 48. Other than that, it was pretty much like how it was before 10AM this morning.

They're back to using the old schedule for PME today. I wonder if it's going to vary or if this new schedule will be exclusive to DP.
I've been thinking that the new schedule only takes affect on the slow-paced shows like Day Planner, overnight Weather Center, and the weekend shows. We'll see what happens tomorrow...

Either TWC listened, or perhaps the :08/:38 LFs are one minute long outside of the AM/PM Rush?

Wow, messed up Almanac on the 4:28 PM EDT LF!
What about it was messed up?

Are there ads after the :18/:48 LF's? If not, I don't see the need for those being shortened to a minute.

I can't believe there doing this for more ads. The 2 min flavours run for the :28 and :58 lfs. I don't care about the :18 and :48 lfs if they're shortened to a minute because they're shortened flavours anyways. The :38 and :08 lfs are still 2 minute though?
Yeah, I think that's going a little too far. At least make the :08/:38 LFs 1:30. You can't get a lot of weather data in one minute. And no more CC and LF every flavor? I sometimes find the narration in those screens useful while in a hurry.

Terrible decision. They shrunk the local forecasts! That means no more extra minute of music.
Networks are so money-hungry these days that I wouldn't be surprised if that is permanent. :(

This is an absurd move, I hope they don't finalize this idea, especially the fact that they are one minute forecasts and that the CC and LF screens don't show all the time anymore.

Is anyone's IntelliStar/Weatherscan not reporting airport delays right now?

Jen has filled in YWT before when she worked as a separate travel anchor, so nothing too unusual.

Is the CC screen going to show at a different time during the :08/:38, or is it not going to display at all during that forecast? Whether it shows or not, at least we've got the LDL, but the drawback is we don't have narration for current weather data, and there also isn't any current data when there's a weather advisory/warning.

I know the FiOS IntelliStar for Philadelphia starts out with the local obs in one of the flavors. It also currently doesn't show regional maps at all, last I checked.
