Yeah, that's mine too. As I said earlier, my headend is in Fort Dix (near where McGuire is) after Billy pointed out that the headend name is what appears on your IntelliStar when there's no data. I wouldn't travel all the way up there just to ask for them to fix the cable feed. Well, at least it's fixed now.

So, my IntelliStar must be in Fort Dix then, not Cherry Hill.  I guess Cherry Hill is what carries the Camden County IntelliStar then (21873), or maybe just a customer service facility.

Yeah, I just passed by that and noticed they have a drive thru to make your payments. I've never seen others like that before. Bensalem's building isn't like that. The road is on is actually Haddonfield Berlin road, not Berlin road. Then again, Google messed up on a lot of the roads here.

Our music team did check the systems and discovered that there was, indeed, a problem with these being overridden.  However, this issue has been resolved, and “Flight” and “Hummingbird” should be in the rotation beginning tonight.  Please note that “Flight” only plays during the Prime Time clock (8pm to 1am) and Hummingbird is in the overnight playlist (1am to 6am).[/]

All I did was contacted Comcast countless times about this. It was fixed a month later, but I don't know if the technical department actually saw the emails I sent, or they just noticed it themselves.

Still getting it this morning. I got a reply from Comcast and all those b****'s asked for is my service address, like my ZIP code isn't enough for them.  I don't think Marlton is served by multiple IntelliStars. I'd ask the Star Team but I don't want them making other changes to my STAR like what happened to yours last month, and you weren't satisfied with those changes. If Comcast doesn't want to cooperate with me that might be my only option, though.
