6:08 pm - TWC just played an Early LF intro!
What do you mean by "early LF intro"? An old one?

Oh, it was just a thought since I've only seen this happen on sites hosted by hostgo (like this and TWCC). I figured it had to do with compatibility issues between the hosting provider and MySQL databases.

The server has been pretty unstable lately. There are often connection problems.
That's likely just because of HostGo's incompatibility with message boards. Not really fixable. But I haven't seen much of them recently.

Does anyone know if the LDA and 33% LDL is ever coming back???  It never returned after Earl
From what Tyler said it's not "officially discontinued," so it probably will come back. There may have been issues or something with it.

Hurricane Central / Re: Hurricane Lisa
« on: September 27, 2010, 06:32:39 AM »
Lisa is down to 45 mph winds.  Unless it has one more surprise left, it's just about over for this storm.  By the way, Mike, I want to keep the subject title as a hurricane for Lisa to remind me what's the strongest point each storm reached along the way for summary purposes.  It also helps us match up with the NHC advisory archives.  Thanks! ;)
Okay sorry. I also decided to have the current category strength in the topic title to for when the storm is currently active (but would have removed it when the storm was over). I noticed you had removed that, but it was just an idea. :)

Do you leave your box on continuously? I know the LF stops showing after 24 hours of leaving your box on and tuned to TWC.

Yes, I think we are all well aware the DTV LF still uses the old icons. ;)

Today marks the 2-year anniversary of the DirecTV LF premiering
And Wednesday will mark one year since the HD DirecTV LF premiered. Kinda ironic, because it came out the day after I left Vermont and the hotel there had DirecTV HD. :P

Do you guys think Matthew will still restrengthen when it enters the Gulf of Mexico? Models on wunderground still suggest the storm will take a turn northward and possibly impact the eastern seaboard. I hope this happens, because we need that moisture.

I would have to agree. Especially Alexandra, Kelly, and Kim. Their personalities have changed so much I can't stand them anymore.

I like this schedule, especially weekdays. Although a six hour Day Planner is a little too much... not to mention its bright yellow and blue graphics are too bright for the latter half. With no more midday programming, this would be a great idea to move Weather Center back to middays. PME can then air from 7-10pm, then another show title for Paul and Nicole from 10pm-4am.

It's also nice now to only have as much as two straight hours of long-form programming at a time now. It hasn't been like this since the beginning of last year.

You know what this schedule also means? More exposure to the smooth jazz daytime playlist! :D Live programming airs during the entire daytime part on weekdays, and we also have another hour of live programming on weekends.

Lisa has weakened to a depression but is expected to restrengthen later today. However, the storm is expected to lose its tropical characteristics by Tuesday.

I think Dr. Forbes is pretty short.
BTW, I'm 6'4" and 13 years old.
Really, wow! :o I'm in my mid-late teens but only 6'1".
