When I did a Google search not too long ago I saw there were a lot of angry and upset customers posting about it Xfinity's Facebook page.It's mostly on the intermountain and west coast regions from what I'm hearing. Ratings, although generally are only mediocre at best anywhere, are especially worse out there. So it doesn't surprise me.

I asked Nick if he could find out, but he doesn't have Bill's email address. We're thinking he might have been hacked, but I'm surprised he hasn't fixed (or at least addressed) the problem yet. Very strange.
Me and a couple of other guys are doing what we can to find out what happened with taiganet. The download script page still works and whatnot though, and it still gives you the latest public release.

I ran the emulator for the first time in over a year so I don't know how long it has been doing this, but the data is long out of date on my 36 hour forecast. I tired changing zone numbers and get this error:
Any other zones I try that don't give out the error still give me outdated forecast data.

Is TWC just using headend locations as the CC city for all STARs now, regardless whether it's centralized in the viewing area or how large the city is? 
The radar choices aren't the best either, omitting many major cities for lesser known ones. It's like the system just randomly selected cities rather than the technician choosing them themselves.
