From the looks of things, this storm is gonna take a similar track that 1999's Floyd did. I hope we get impact from this.

two things TWC should do next is implement the 36hr forecast when precipitation is forecasted in a 36hr period.
and implement the 24hr Forecast when no precipitation is forecasted in a 24hr period.
