Who here likes Ryan Farish music??

I do :worship:
A lot of us do. In fact, the only person I know who doesn't like Ryan's music is Steve (The Orion Five).

Whenever I think about winter or if wintry precipitation is falling, I think about "By Grace" by Ryan Farish.

Now hearing "Hill Where The Lord Hides" by Vince Madison.
I don't care much for that song.

Oh I remember that song! That's a good song. It was used in May 2006, IIRC.

They're playing East Coast Cruise by Mark Krurnowski! I haven't heard that song since Spring 2006! :thrilled:
What does that song sound like?

This discussion should be in the local forecast board. This board and the other OT boards get plenty of posts. I want the other boards to be active. You all probably can't understand that, after all all I've gotten is argument from those who have replied to my question, but thats just tough.
While I do understand that the TWC forums aren't as active as the off-topic forums, this is the place, IMO, where we can discuss anything (whether is TWC-related or not). The reason why we are discussing LF music here is because the subject might possibly not be worthy enough for a topic of its own, but I try the best I can to leave those kinds of topics to the TWC-related subforums.

Gary, almost every forum I have been to has an off-topic subforum, and that subforum would often have at least 2-3 times more topics and posts then all of the other forums, yet I don't see the administration there complaining that the other areas of the forum aren't active. So your forum isn't the only one that has the off-topic area being the most active place than the other subforums. You just have to understand that.

Why are you guys talking about the local forecast music here instead of, oh, I don't know, in the Local forecast board?
I guess something a user said ended up in us having a discussion about LF music. After all, this is the "anything goes" place, so it really doesn't matter what we discuss in this thread (as long as it doesn't violate the rules, of course).

The time in sounds terrible! It doesn't start on beat or anything. Unfortunately, I think you're right. The song I've found with the worst time in is "Together We Will conquer" by Ryan Farish.
Yeah it is. I think a better time in would be either two seconds or about six seconds (when the drums start playing). I really like the songs used this month, but not the time ins.

Could you also record a clip of "Hurry Home" by Craig Chaquico. I know it's not unavailable, but I don't know what the time in is.
Looking at the IntelliStar clip in your YouTube account, it sounds like the time in for that song is around 3.5 seconds.

After Effects looks like a pretty neat program, but I'm not spending a fortune on that (the full version costs $1000 directly from Adobe).

So far I have only asked for David Becker CD's (the harder-to-find ones).

Yup, your the youngest, and Thunder is second youngest.
In my early days of being a member at TWC Classics (I joined in Summer 2005, when I was 13), I was one of the youngest people on there. That changed though once even younger members joined, such as Gil, Derek, and Jason.

It should do what the other STAR's do-show no observation at all.
No, the XL and 4000 (and I think the Junior, not sure), have an alternate airport reporting site that is used on the CC page if the primary airport has not reported anything in the past 90 minutes. I think there might be some that don't have a backup site set though, such as those in rural areas that don't have a lot of airports around.
