Bill needs to learn to upgrade his forum. Yes, it may look like "the next Facebook," but you can disable those features. 
And, has anyone notice how he edits topics in tech support so they say 'I didn't read the important threads up top!"?
Honestly, that site has torn apart. If Bill doesn't care about his members thoughts on improving the forum, what is the point of coming there?
