Yeah, they discontinued that when master control switched to a new format, which I dislike. They don't show the whole segment openers anymore (they cut off the last few seconds).

Wow, I don't know which is worse-admins who are too strict, or admins who are too lax. 

Me neither, but if I had to pick, it would be strict administration. Forums like this one and TWCC however are perfect; not too strict or too lax.

I was once a member of TV.com, but that forum went out of control like the TV News Talk, and the moderation was strict. They banned "game" topics and the like. They also don't allow topics where we just chat, such as "Pot Belly Stove" topics (we had similar threads there called "bored threads"). In addition, the site was filled with ads, had tons of bugs, and was often incredibly slow. I gave up being a member there in July 2006, and told the admins to ban me. I have no intention to come back there.

There are some songs that are available, but hard to get. I don't have a PayPal account (and I don't think I'm old enough to), so the only place I can really obtain songs legally at this time is through iTunes.

For some reason, they've reverted back to a database backup from Jan. 15th. I don't know why, though. AFAIK, nothing went wrong with the forum.

Not only the forum, but I think the entire site was reverted to a backup, because the update from January 15 is gone.
