Yeah a quick glance at the stats shows that things have really rebounded since December, which was our worst month ever.
Yep, I think the decision Matt made turned out to be a success.

How come HD lower thirds don't cover up the whole width of the screen on an HDTV? They just show on the center of the screen?

Will the weatherstar xl be in hd?
IIRC, the XL doesn't have the capability to show HD graphics, as with any other current WeatherStar.

What do you mean in six minutes? There is no HD Intellistar yet.
I wasn't serious. it was a joke.

No I mean TWC HD Radio.

They have a radio program
Oh okay. I know TWC broadcasts their forecasts on select radio stations, but I didn't know they had their own radio program.

Will there be HD radio?
HD radio is already out, and this thread is for TWC HD, not just about anything HD.

I don't understand why they decided to change the font color black first. There are many other much more important issues that need to be fixed, such as the lack of drop shadows on the radar and forecast maps, and the issue with the NWS logo flying on the weather bulletin screen.

Yeah, that's true. You may actually end up paying less because if you had a Mac you would have a lesser chance of spending hundreds of dollars getting your computer repaired.

Another thing is that Apple computers cost more than most PC's.

I'm telling you it is completely normal.
Yep, Gary is correct. I hear this happening on all channels when cable companies show their own commercials over what the channel itself is showing. As far as I know, this is not an issue.

My G3 is pretty easy to replace things. The case is easy to open, and we haven't had much problems with replacing the parts (we've replaced the harddrive and the optical drive in it among other things). My iBook on the other hand (as with most other laptops) is difficult to even add memory to it. You have to take off the keyboard, and unscrew several things to access the memory slot.

Not necessarily, Gary. I may not be an expert with computers, but I do have enough experience that I can replace parts on them. On my computer, I've installed a tuner card and replaced a CD drive on my own, which wasn't too difficult.

HP/Compaq cases drive me absolutely insane. Whenever i need to take out or put in memory, or change out a cable, i always end up with bloody knuckles...
Really? I've never had that problem when I was working inside my Compaq.

A 2005 computer is considered ancient? So you're telling me I should get a new one already?
