Flying NWS logo?Agreed. The new look is more modern, but is too bright. My favorite version of the IntelliStar graphicswise is from 2005-2006, and 2004-2005 product and flavorwise.
BTW, I honestly do not like the new IS look.. I prefer the old blue background and boxes, this new update is a great advancement but I personally have preference on the older look.
SO what unit can you run and get authoriazation form?None.
yeah it has a quad-core dual compressor whic is extremely powerfulIt actually has an 8-core processor now.
Is it possible for me to purchase an XL unit...If you are willing to pay $6,500. You could only buy one from ebay, and you will probably never see one there. You will also need authorization to run it, which you can't get.
I don't think memory has anything to do with anything, other than that Macs are capable of having considerably more memory than PC's.Yep, at last check the Mac Pro (the Intel Power Mac) holds up to 16 GB. I don't know any PC that can hold that amount.
i wish i had a macI thought you said you hated Macs?
Speaking of HD, when is the exact date that the full HD shows/studio debut? They still start transitioning show graphics to HD in June, and it should be completed by the end of the year.
