I don't like any of those "young audience" oriented shows like Epic Conditions or WeatherVentures. The only shows I've liked since 2003 are Storm Stories, Full Force Nature, It Could Happen Tomorrow, and Forecast Earth.

Hope it gets better soon. I've twisted my elbow once back in 2001 after falling off a hill, and my wrist in 2003 when I was on roller skating school trip. I learned that twisting or spraining a joint may be worse than a fracture because sprains may not heal as properly.

For my first report on Los Angeles, we are seeing above average temperatures, albeit not as hot as it was earlier this month when LA went up well into the 90's. Highs today were still a good 10-15° above average. Temperatures will cool down to near average by next week.
Just so there's no confusion, the "Civic Center" title you see on the map and current conditions page refer to the downtown area in Los Angeles. I've seen several sources (including the WeatherStars) that use that name so I decided to use it here.
