In addition to the ones I posted before, I also liked Tom Nevagan and Amy Caples on KYW. Not sure if either of those still work for KYW (haven't watched it regularly since 2003). Ukee Washington was also pretty good.

The more city forecast segments there are, the less extra packages (garden, beach, etc) can show. Some headends also prefer not to have extra packages, and thus they show the local forecast and nothing more. All Philadelphia area Weatherscans showed only the local forecast up until early 2005. I missed those days.
