Weather Center sure has shortened a lot over the years. It was not even five years ago when WC aired up to 13 hours a day, and now apparently it airs just one hour a day (at least during the week).

I heard that same song at 3:59 PM ET as well.

I actually called TWC and left a message as to when WC airs. It makes no sense to have long-form programming air during this time of day.
