He probably misses storm watch too, because a few months ago he called the :50 segment "storm watch."

The Inner Harbor station has ever reported those conditions.Yes, the Star Team has confirmed awhile back that it is difficult to make changes to 4000's these days. I don't understand why though, because it should be just as easy to make changes to it as it was when it was new.
On a seperate note, is it really that diificult to change the reporting site on a 4000?
