That's not new, Victor. They used it several times before with earlier storms this year, and they used that last year too.

That inset animates in too fast IMO. They should make the animation a bit slower.

I just saw something on WxScan that I haven't seen in forever-an advertisement for Notify. It's been so long since I've seen an advertisement for Notify (of any type) that I didn't know it still even existed! 

Yeah that's been there since early this month. It always existed, but they haven't promoted it much since before the BWTL relaunch.

BTW, if you can could we see a clip of your Weatherscan?

I've restored the Classic TWC board, as it was part of the agreement between Matt and I, and it is only right and fair to continue to abide by our agreement. I don't know if Matt, and Tyler still have their Current TWC Discussion board labeled the way we agreed (the way I have the classic board labeled), but hopefully they will change it if they do not. 

FYI, there's no link to your site on their current discussion board's description. They removed it for some reason when they renovated the forum layout last month. Not sure if it was intentional or a mistake though. Maybe you can ask Matt about it.

They never seem to pre-empt the 2PM hour of long-form. I'm sure the 5PM, 7PM, and 9PM hours will be pre-empted though. They'll likely used the same format they used for Fay.
