no they dont work together...someof the artists that appear under the 'supermax label ' on BMI submit their music to Frank, and he in turns submits them to TWC, who in turns sends the royalty checks to the artists.

I'm baffled .. if there are 10 songs on the CD, then why are only 4 of them on itunes?

EDIT: I meant BMI 

Those 4 songs are the ones he licensed to Frank Josephs for usage on TWC.. He might licensed the whole CD...but those songs appear on BMI b/c they were used... I presume

Another song for sure I know was used on February overnite was "Autumn Breeze" from James P.J. Spraggins' "The Light Of Day" CD.. I believe "Fade to Black" by Patrick Yandall is wrong. That song was used 1/07.
Racin' Thru The Andes by David Becker tribune was used, wrong daypart. That song was used on daytime.

One More Correction .. "Dr. Smoothe" by PY, from his "Back to the Groove" CD was used 2/07 Daytime. I recall testing songs from when I had my library on my old computer on iTunes. I discovered that song

I identified all the songs in the daytime playlist and this is the only song yet to be ID'd. It would have to be the unavailable "It's Not Supposed to be Like That" by E Power.
