I see some of you dont like WeatherNation, but they are certainly better than TWC is today, thats for sure. Like someone else said earlier in this thread, they are still relatively new, but they will get better. I love the music on their LF's

I cut the cable service effective this coming Monday.. so I wont have to worry about the wacky a$$ vocals again..TWC  isnt the channel i grew up loving anymore and all other mainstream TV is garbage

I stand with DirecTV in their decision too. TWC like 90% plus of all other modern TV has became a toxic cesspool of cultural degeneration. I love WeatherNation I watch it on my computer wish i had DirecTV now that they are carrying it. The dinosaur media need to quietly fade away and never comeback, as we are moving more toward a user driven, personalized content media (which I support)

Morning Song doesnt appear on my March 2000 playlist printout that i got from the original weather.com back in 2004. So nope it wasnt used, at least not on the date in question

EDIT: Morning Song was used on TWC however, but in February 2001, again based on an original playlist printout from weather.com

I don't. The only music programmer I know of was Steve Hurst.

I may be wrong, but in a previous forum, (before TWCC/TWCT merged) wasnt there mention of a programmer in the 90's by the name is Greg Piecuch, or something. Maybe he got sloppy with the reporting of the music in the late 90s, which also explains why there are many unknowns during that time frame. On the other note, I am finally glad that song by Jeff Stern was finally tracked down

Dont hold your breath on that one. I am not counting on instrumental music returning to the LF segments... I expect the LF to be removed altogether, and if not then all vocal music.  I watch TWC maybe 10 mina day, if that, and mute it when the LF comes up
