Hey everyone! im currently making an emulator using powerpoint and after effects but here is the problem i don't know how to make it into actual simulator with real weather data can you guys help me out here please like list what programs to use to do this and step by step would be awesome!! thanks

When i open the actual emulator after inputing the settings it opens for a few seconds and goes away
