I'm currently looking out for a smaller laptop at this moment. One that has more RAM and more hard drive space but smaller and lightweight to carry to school. No, a netbook does not count, but I'd like one, though. God, I feel like a computer geek.   :bleh:

TWC's tornado coverage on Dallas-Fort Worth kinda reminds me of Vortex2 for some reason. Did they skip a commercial break during the last segment in the last hour of PME? I was sorta flipping channels at that time.

Mike Seidel got attacked by fire ants live :P

It's gonna add to one of his "random live report moments"! Classic!

Her personality page is up on weather.com: http://www.weather.com/tv/personalities/Crystal-Egger.html

 Thats a bit of an odd pic

*sniff* I smell Photoshop in that pic. Someone might have cut the background of the pic and paste it to that ugly background. I can tell clearly.

Hurricane Central / Re: Tropical Storm Igor
« on: September 08, 2010, 12:05:10 PM »
woah... where did this thing come from?

According to some maps I saw on the NWS, it looks like it has a tiny potential to become a hurricane. But it's too early to say. It seems like tropical storms like Hermine and Igor are basically playing peek-a-boo with us.

I hope so too. It was pointless. If they really did, I would be a super duper happy storm. ^_^

I've seen him when TWC was showing some random shots of the whole "behind the scenes" thing during Hurricane Earl. I miss him when he was on the air at the "bullpen" back then. He was really good.

It appears that vocal music isn't being played on WUWA anymore. I like that change a lot, as it gives us an extra hour of the morning playlist. Even though I don't particulary love the morning playlist, it's so much better than "Billie Jean" in the morning.

Wait... then why was I hearing Sugar Ray on the LOT8s that other morning?

There are a few big milestones coming up soon for this forum:  3,000 topics and 1,000 members!

We are most certainly gonna get close to the 1000 member mark. That would be awesome.

And yet AGAIN I say, I thought a lot of you guys hated Al (including you Martin).   Maybe I'm wrong...was it just WUWA and not Al himself that you all hated? I must be missing something...maybe Al gave you all presents or something.

Relax, Andy. We're not spoiled or anything. :P

I honestly don't get why people get some sort of a cold or flu during the summer (where temps are warm, or in my terms, HOT)? I hardly get sick every summer, except for allergies. Winter is the only season where I get sick with the cold/flu.
