It looks like TWC is doing something called "storm Chasers" during Tornado week...and it includes Dr. Josh Wurman from Discovery's "Storm Chasers" series....link below...

I will try to this week. I need to get an note to excuse me from gym, and all of that. I hope that I didn't damage any cartilage in my knee though!

It's the only way in order to prevent any future damage to your knee as it worsens.
He'd probably give you an x-ray on your knee. That's good that you're going to the doctor's this week.

Yeah, some of them got TWC last year I believe, either right before or right after they switched to HD.
And like another example...


sunrise weather starts at 430 ET but west coast time starts at 1:30...

by then the sun isn't rising for another 3 1/2 hours. 

Heck, Sunrise Weather isn't on at sunrise for anyone. (except for the east coast near the summer solstice)

yup...by 7:00 when I wake up for school, Day Planner is on.
