sorry about that.Well, when I lived in northern Baja Mexico for a short time last year, I remember some stupid freak-o jerk-o rode on his super duper cool motorcycle back and forth all afternoon and yes it's annoying. My grandmother reported this dude to the police for disturbing peace of the neighborhood and he got cited for that. I heard he had to pay like $100. (that's in dollars, though).
