Finally I fixed the internet! I did it all by myself with no parental assembly or guidance required. 
It turned out that when I called the provider, the payment my dad made on Friday never made it through so I called to verify. I had to wait about three hours and here I am now!
I'm planning on buying a Toshiba laptop.
