Why are you dropping if you're doing well in the class?

He didnt meant "dropping out of the class", he meant that his overall grade may drop soon.

I have ANOTHER oral presentation due in history in 2 weeks. Besides the presentation,i have to make a poster and type a 3 page Research paper about the guy we chose in our history class. All this is due in 2 weeks. I also have a chem project due next friday and that too requires a one page paper. Mind you, the honors kids get easier work than this.

Wow...that is toooooooo much!!!!

That explains part of it, but what studio is doing the movie? Universal?

Actually, the movie is from Sony Pictures, but not too sure about the studios.

...sorry for the double post, but I didnt know that Al Roker did a part in the movie! That's probably why TWC is promoting this too much.

It's the 4th week of school, and I'm already having my first midterm of the semester.  :wall:
How often do you get midterms in college?

It depends on the class you're taking and the professor you're having. Last semester my Basic Math class had 5 midterms in a semester. While other Basic Math classes have around 2-4 (and that was the Professor, not the class in general). This semester, my Political Science and Beg. Algebra classes have 5 midterms (according to their syllabi), each of them are separated every 3-4 weeks.  :wall:

Wow thats crazy, mine aren't until at least mid October.

Yeah, then next week I have a math midterm, then on the week of October 12, (when I return from Ensenada) I'm gonna have a full week of midterms for all my classes. I am sensing that October is going to be a busy month for me in terms of college.

It's already crashing my school's internet already. This is just ridiculus. We don't want to see a whole lot of the movie coming out.

I say get the shot when it becomes available if you're that worried about it. You either have to worry about a few seconds of pain when you get the initial shot, or you have to deal with weeks if not months of pain caused by the flu.

...and don't look at the needle...or else you'd faint.  :bleh:

so, i hate saying that i'm sick...but i'm deathly ill.  :P

it seems like my allergies kicked everything off last week, add to that the stress from college work, and throw in some drama...it's practically an equation that'll only equal to sickness.

i plan on going to the clinic after my class which ends at 1 (FML), so maybe they'll just confirm its my allergies, but rumor has it that Dallas / Ft. Worth has been hit hard by the H1N1 virus, or so that's what a few of my friends have said (from there) anyway i have to head off to math, and hopefully feel better.

Yikes Al!!! I really hope you feel a lot better. Yeah...been hearing that the H1N1 virus is starting to kick in. My college is starting to set some precautions for this flu season. Not sure if I'm required to get vaccinated, but I hope not because I hate shots!!!!! Yeah, I agree that illnesses add the stress to your college activities. Just get plenty of rest, and take lots of breaks. If you feel really really sick, don't leave your dorm.  ;)
