So, I got my laptop back after a 4 week repair! I am taking it to school to try out their wireless internet they offer, and so far so good it's pretty awesome!

Gonna be in the 70's/80's here for next few days. Can you leave the porch open for a little longer? :P

I would agree...it's still hot here!!!

I was notified via text message that the Steelers lost to the Bears. I was mad.  :furious:

On DirecTV, I see a technical difficulties notice — after I typed that, "local" adverts inserted by DirecTV appeared. Earlier, my receiver cued LF over the technical difficulties notice! o_O

After I posted this, the TWC feed returned with no audio.

Now the notice has returned.

It just cued LF over the notice again.

This appears to affect only TWC — I checked a few other channels and I saw nothing wrong there.

That is so weird...I believe I've seen that happen before.  :hmm:

Has anyone seen this ocm before?

 Hmm, it has to be a radio meteorologist. It figures to me as Mark Thibodeau I think.

I am not a fan of the WUWA Local on the 8's opener with the girl answering the guys statements.  It kind of annoys me :hmm:

OMG I can't stand that commercial.

Mike Seidel usually does the Sunday football weather.  I sure do hope they make this a regular gig for Adam, as in field reporting.  I think he would make a great field reporter
I also think Adam would do well as a field reporter.

Of course! Especially during sports events. Like we all know he's a huge sports fan. :)

So I went up north with the IVC Adventure Club to explore Indian Pass. It's near Arizona. It's pretty incredible because I get to explore the Chocolate Mountains (though I wish they were made out of real chocolate, then I would be a super happy storm :bleh:) the Colorado River, and the Sonoran Desert. I got to see incredible animals such as buzzards and deers. Everything was so peaceful. If you have me as a Facebook friend I will post pics as a soon as Florida is done crushing Tennesee. muahahahahahaha.  ;)

Ahoy, me hearty!

and Adam Berg in the field tomorrow!
Is this the first time he's a field reporter?

I believe so. It's usually Mike Seidel doing the live reporting out for football. I'm impressed Adam got the assignment.

I know I currently have an A in my online class, for the rest I should know after the midterms.
How is your online class? Do you like that method of learning?

The best part is that you can do your work, tests, and assignments at your very own pace (but you must meet certain deadlines, tho). It's perfect for you if you have a busy schedule. You meet with your professor and class about three times a semester to do midterms. The bad thing is that you have to do TONS of reading, but I have zero problemos with that at all, since I love to read.  :bleh:

I do think this method is better, since I have a partially busy schedule myself (and I deserve Fridays off!!!!  :bleh: ) but I don't want to take online classes all my college career. I would rather have a professor talk too much during class and take notes.
