I'm not sexist but, has anyone noticed how all the new members signing up here are female lately?

Yes.

WUWA branded YWT at 10am... I expect Long Form to be preempted.

I am proud of TWC for one thing... They are actually covering weather

I'm also glad they didnt play WUWA at 7 AM (my time). They have things to cover other than celebrities.
Good job TWC

Due to that one storm that's gonna hit Martin's house (:bleh:), Nick Walker mentioned on his twitter that he "will be on an hour early". So I'd expect some longform being preemptied today.

I gotta say, Chris did a great job reporting live out at Orange Beach, AL for Ida. I caught some screenshots last night.
My, isnt he a cutie?

Next week apparently is the Green is Universal Week for TWC (and the NBC networks). I just saw an ad for some program airing on Sunday. I didn't catch the whole promo, but it did have the Green is Universal logo at the end.

This would be the best Green Week ever. Because Dr. Cullen and the whole Forecast Earth frenzy wont be there...or maybe?

I miss the new theme already. :( :P Oddly enough, there are bugs still present on the old theme. I guess this upgrade had a theme option? :dunno:
If you go to your profile settings you can select the new theme. However just be aware it has bugs

When switching to the new theme, choose "Square1". Works much better than the first time we all used it.

There are only problems with the theme for people using Chrome and Safari. For those who are, please tell me if you like the current look of the theme. If not we may need to go  back to the old theme for a bit while I fix it

Yeah, I'm having problems accessing here with my iPod. It crashes on me when I scroll down.

Since the upgrade I have been able to see that members have been warned (the "watched" indicator displays under their name). Pretty sure this is a bug as I wouldn't think people would want everyone to know that they were warned.

It would be nice to know if people are banned though.

I have to agree with Andy as well.

I noticed something. You may not want to quote too much on posts, or else, your text will go even more smaller you may not be able to read the posts!!!

I have an example with a post I made here.
I don't see that on my end.  I see the text staying the same size no matter how quotes are in a post.

Hmm, maybe I need to fix something...

TWC will host a Live Chat on Ida today at 2 pm ET. Will post a link soon as I look for it. >_>

EDIT: Found it :P http://www.weather.com/newscenter/topstories/ida_cil1109.html

:o

Ray Stagich made on an appearance on YWT this morning!

So is this a new shift for him? Because Martin and Ana also said he would be on TWC Radio.

He is actually a TWC Radio meteorologist. Like I mentioned at the Ray thread somewhere, that his segment "TWC Radio Cam" debuted this morning.

I recorded the interview if anyone wants me to upload it here?

It's posted on Facebook.

I have noticed that huge bug about the "Account Settings". It seems that you get a fatal error on that. Not to worry as this problem has already been reported. ;)
That issue has been resolved this evening.

Yes, I noticed.  :bleh:
