So, this is how TWC is going to make up for having no storm alerts or any hint of red modes during the last hurricane season. Put up a red mode for an arctic air mass that will sweep the country over the next several days, which doesn't even constitute itself as a storm. Personally, I'd rather see normal coverage with special blue graphics to indicate the arctic blast coming as no one associates red with extreme cold, and it's sending a mixed message to viewers who normally associate all the red on the screen with serious storms.
My Dell laptop with Windows 7 is having serious issues with Explorer crashing every time I right click on anything once the laptop has been running for a few hours. The Dell technician and I went through a clean install after my own efforts failed to solve anything, and the crashes still came back after I barely installed a few programs. He suspects that the driver for my new Dell printer could be the culprit as it may not be compatible with Windows 7, so he uninstalled it today and will call me tomorrow to continue fixing my laptop. I just hope things get worked out here as my 2010 is off to a horrible start after being turned down yet again for a NWS job and now this mess.
Arctic Blast logo is up, seeing as how TWC is in "red mode" over it.Red mode? Are we being attacked by communists?
The uhhh mumble mumble Ricky Bell is back mumble mumble.

Looks like it's broken again, I can't access to any topic.
Then how were you able to post here?
I guess this is something we'll just have to get used to. Ever since the forums came back, I frequently get "Internet Explorer Cannot Display Webpage" errors when I try to click on a topic, but it goes away after I press back and try again.

Here is something interesting that a friend of mine posted on facebook.
Will you say "Twenty Ten" or "Two Thousand Ten"?
For me, I can see me starting out saying Two Thousand Ten, but I think I will pretty much go with Twenty Ten
What about you?
