Woot. Caught "Clouds Of Heaven" at 7:48 pm PT!

TWC DirecTV LF Riverside, CA 1/13/10 "Clouds Of Heaven"

http://g.imagehost.org/download/0809/January2010primeimeunknownsong

^ I caught this last night. I like the beat of this song. I'm not gonna upload it on Youtube yet until I get clearance that this is not a song I get in trouble with.

Cleared, and now it's on YT.

I returned to Ryan Farish's site and saw "Storm Chaser" (playing during primetime) now available for purchase/download. All songs including the ones I mentioned, are now at $1.29 for download.

Everything Else TWC / Re: Alexandra Steele's accent

To me, it's a mix of a southern and British accent.

British?......

I don't see any british in her at all imo.

Got my coat from Rich Johnson today

Wow, that's really cool, Martin! Stylish.  :bleh: As a TWC Fan, it looks awesome.

Awesome Martin!!!!

Windows 7 came today, installing it now :thrilled: :D
Once you get it working, you'll really like it, Evan.  I definitely see a big speed difference between XP and 7, and I imagine the same holds true between Vista and 7.

I agree with Patrick. You'll love it.

Programming and Graphics / Why I Love Winter Week *Only* On YWT
« on: January 13, 2010, 03:24:45 PM »
Saw an LOT8s opener this morning... Why I Love Winter Week is gonna start next week, *ONLY* on Your Weather Today.

So apparently YWT will promote that week, NOT all of TWC.

I'm probably going to be the only one left in this forum that has never tried Twitter.  I don't think that I'm missing out as having a 140-character limit is a problem for me. :P

I don't use Twitter either and I have no plans to.

Patrick isn't the only one, then.  :bleh:

Are you saying you don't like seeing RAY!!! on YWT every morning?
:P Ray makes its worthwhile. Your Weather Today with Ray :D

Is Ray back? I see him do the radio sometimes, so at least he's not totally canned.

He hasn't been back on SW for weeks iirc. He's only doing radio.

Yeah, he's been gone for a month now. He told me a while ago that he wil return around these dates iirc.

I understand you missed a lot, Christina. No need to apologize :)

Me and Dave spent a few hours this morning soldering up one of these this morning as my Christmas present, and it's awesome! I love it!

It's basically a alarm clock soldering project that uses a retro Russian digital display tube (which aren't made anymore)... It's pretty awesome looking and it was fun to make :) If anyone wants more in depth details and such, http://www.ladyada.net/make/icetube/ is the place to go. If you want to make one, go for it... Just know they're on back order since they no longer make the tubes (they are coming from warehouses that are emptying their supply). It's really a neat kit.

Oh I know someone who made something along those lines. Those are soo cool

That looks so cool, Jesskitty!
