@ 1:28 pm et

duuude.. that song.. I heard it in the past before.

Also, I knew Supernova by Ryan Farish would be on the playlist. It's suitable for this month (or for this and next month in *case* this turns into a bi-monthly playlist). I'm so going to buy his Bloom album next week.

Is it me, or are we repeating last week?

30% chance of showers this saturday with a smaller chance this Sunday.
Highs have stayed to the mid-upper 70's with a couple breezy days now and then. We should be at the same pattern after this storm system moves out.

I remember the days when a 2liter was 89 cents :P Those were the days lol

Me too!

That's pretty much the price of a 12 oz can of soda in my area nowadays.

or an extra $1.35 for a two liter bottle of soda. Good thing I don't live in Philly!
Congratulations on doubling the price of a two-liter.  $5.76 for a 24-pack.

I'd rather get two of those 24-packs for $12 at Cardenas Market, near my house.

But seriously $1.35 for a 2 liter soda, that's just crazy.

Awwww, was hoping for the list to last till the end of this weekend. It's odd, though, to see a new playlist to begin at the middle of the week.  :hmm:

Today, schools in most states are protesting against the huge budget cuts on education. California being the hardest hit iirc. I was assigned to cover this story but I came in unprepared.  :pinch: I didn't hear about this till when I dropped off my little sister to her school and some protester gave me a flyer (and a t-shirt but I didnt want the t-shirt :P). IVC is doing the same.

I have to write a 300 word story on this protest. with some statistics, a couple quotes, I'll be able to turn this in by Midnight tomorrow night. I wish I had my camera, though, makes things much easier.  :pinch:

I have zero problems with TWC playing three months of the same playlist.
PLEASE tell me your joking.

If I was, I would have told you by a simple "j/k". I am not.

we're halfway to the week now and it's not working! I cussed many times and no one seemed to tell me.  muahaha.

The govt here made a very bad decision on passing this ban, they should have hold it off till... idk.. in the summer or next year. As of now I hear no reports of this ever since.

California Bans Cursing

Looks like Gov't is too greedy with power.

Don't mean to burst out, Alex, but I made a topic about this sometime ago...

Death toll now is 800 +. Expect that number to rise up to thousands.

Locally, LA rescue workers are waiting for the call to fly over to Chile to help with recovery efforts.
