it does work finally thank you but when i start it it always comes up w/ a windows installer window saying weatherstar xl is being configurated then it closes then pops back up and again and again till i click cancel

since the emulator doesn't run on 64bit of Windows 7 i'm gonna run it on 2000 virtual machin

The weather channel logo you gave me can't work I think you have to make a white background then put the logo in the bottom left hand corner then put the logo in a certain format (i.e. jpg format) Does anyone have those kind of characteristics in the logo?

Yup. I reformatted the logo to make it fit for the emulator. Oh, and happy birthday! Think of this as your present.

why doesn't someone make the weather channel logo for weather scan i mean they both go together
also another question why is the comcast logo in some of the screens when i have another logo for that?
