WeatherSTAR Tech Support / Sap-for Harrison Arkansas is not working at all

So a few months ago luesjo12 intellistar2xd had the sap codes in use and they were working and today I found out Imbordiideath intellistar2jr was reading the alerts for sap and I don't know this yt name but it was reading the alert for them so I'm kinda woundering if cox doesn't have it working yet until they get the digital upgrade requirement out of the way or if I'm doing something wrong I set it to sap for lots of alert and it hasn't read a single one yet. Thank you for letting me be on here. If anyone needs more information pm or ask 2016 HD cable box 16 HD mini box/ [XD without mini box this will be gone soon]
