Well, back to my original question though... is there still anyway we can contact these people anywhere somehow ? to send feedback on this ??

I really want to voice my opinion to them about considering, if ever... about using any other songs instead of this same exact playlist everyday nonstop. It's "still" the same as of last night October 1 sadly. :(

Woa, seriously ? Yea that's kinda dumb. :( Is it those types of messages like the copyright strike thing for regular youtube videos where it would say "XX company name claimed this video as copyright, and this video is now unavaiable" or something like that ??

I remember always watching one specific person's 24/7 youtube stream of a actual real and legit Weatherstar 4000 running (not emulator at all) -- it was real cool because the person was there sometimes in the live youtube chat and i did get to talk to him a few times. I hope he didn't get axe'd. But im guessing so. :(

Hello, does anyone know if there's any possible way at all we can send feedback, or contact The Weather Channel (like people responsible for the TV broadcasting or something like that, the people that decided to bring back the classic Weatherstar 4000 here, even though it's their own type of emulation) -- in reguards to possibly considering playing other smooth jazz songs ??

I mean i do love this very much, and like everyone else here, and in the youtube comments i've seen, that this is the best thing Weather Channel has done in ages... and i love that we have some playlist of Smooth Jazz songs here but... it's been 3 or so months, and it's just been the same exact 1 set of songs ever since this started on June 28. it hasn't changed a single time even today.

I really wish they would rotate other songs they used to play back in the 90's.. like some Trammell Starks songs obviously since that was always my #1 favorite personally.
As much as i love this current playlist, it does feel very tiring and a little annoying just hearing this exact same playlist for 3 months so far.
That's why i was hoping anyone knows if there's some way we can contact them in any shape or form, to get them to consider using other Smooth Jazz songs (and possibly Trammell Starks)

Why is there not 1 single song ever with saxaphone/saxphinists ?? :( Is it because it's only just all feeded from this website which is displayed in the topright corner once per returning from commericial breaks
https://naturevisiontv.com/

so The Weather Channel has no control at all over the background songs ??
This wasnt what i expected at all. dang. :(

Is there ANY possibility or rumor that they may play any of the "Trammel Starks" smooth jazz songs from the 1996 to 1997 era tommorow during this 9 hour special??

I would LOVE that so much to death if they play any of those songs from him back in the old weather channel days.
just ONE even. That's my true hope.

im not sure if this is the right thread to ask specifically but..

has anyone's weather channel been a blank empty screen nonstop since some point yesterday (even now) ??
i just noticed this all of a sudden here. it's purely nothing here. it's really weird. the screen is black (empty) but the bar at the bottom with the 24/7 local weather works fine, except it's been stuck in a infinite loop with the same tempature and such ever since.

Has this happened to any of you guys too by any chance ??
i seriously wish it was just showing an satellite emergency feed with trammel starks music or something :(

1 more quick question.

Is it just "temporary" that the local on 8's play's this 1 single song repeatedly over and over again ??

Too early to tell. So far, it would appear that it's this one piece, and that's it. We won't really know until tonight at the earliest.

oh okay, alright then.
Im actually happy  that there isnt automated voice-overs anymore. I never liked that really over these past several years, where the computer voice talks over every single screen almost completely blocking out most of the music usually.

TWC please stop calling it a 7 day forecast when you don't have enough time to show 7 Days.
Just now they only went from Today to Saturday. Go back to the Weekly Planner and make it 5 days.
Once again the music under the forecasts has to go.
Huh?

What a letdown. HD feed is letterboxed on SD, and being that we don't have the IntelliStar 2, we see the national feed. Many viewers will be unhappy if they don't have the IS2.
The IS will be updated but that is a longer rollout.

So you're saying like sometime today, or within the next few months?
All I heard is that there were delays but nothing specific. I would expect within the next day or so but that could change. Rolling out a major update to hundreds of ten year old computers can take time :P

Does this mean that the whole TV screen is going to be squished down inside of a box around the whole TV size ?? Sorry im not very good at explaining, but i seriously hope that dont happen here. I have a regular CRT TV, not no fancy HD led, whatever.

It would make me so mad if this channel puts the whole entire station inside of a box like that. (black space around all 4 corners). :( Some of the local phoenix channels here do that and i HATE it soooo much.

I seriously hope it dont happen to TWC, i perfer full screen as it is right now.

Nothing seemed to happen here during the first Local on the 8's a few minutes ago here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

The gray bar at the bottom of the screen went blank, i heard music playing for about 5 seconds while the rest of the screen was a still image (nothing happened)

Then it looked like i got the satellite feed during the whole LOT8's, the bar at the bottom was still empty until it ended.

It never showed any "local" info here.

Just like the 2nd-to-last image beanboy89 posted
edit: looks like full satellete feed currently at this momment now, 2:18 AM. no bar at the bottom at all, i like that! :)

And im glad there's no more voice-over narration.
