WeatherSTAR Tech Support / IS 23494 ID and City Change Request

Hi STAR Team, IntelliStar 23494's channel ID is wrong. It's supposed to be 46 and not 39. Channel 46 is TWC throughout the "High Desert" area for Charter. The cities include Victorville, Apple Valley, and Big Bear Lake.

Also, I was wondering, could Big Bear Lake be added to the 8 city current conditions? Big Bear is a travel destination, especially in the Winter when people want to do snow activities.

Any changes would be great, thanks STAR Team for all the help you've done with TWC viewers.

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / March Field, CA XL issues

Hi STAR Team, I noticed a couple issues with the XL here. I'm not certain of the ID since it shows a period however, that's one of the issues though.

Another issue is on the Regional observation cities, Norton AFB needs to be removed. Norton AFB hasn't existed since 1994! (at least that's what wikipedia said) That explains why it has always said no report available. The channel it's on is 46, in case you need to know the channel for the STAR ID. If that can be fixed, that would be awesome, thanks.

I honestly think this unit needs to be replaced... It's been reset at least once a day, yesterday twice, and it still gets nowhere.

Sometimes it won't switch properly between products, shown in the video below.


Intellistar Product Switching Issues (June 5, 2011- 6:08 PM)

This happens every now and then, it's an off and on issue.

Then there's some instances where the video freezes and then the IS resets after showing a gray screen (Happened again at 1:20 PM 6/8)-

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / Incorrect Star ID (IS)

Ever since SL bought out our cox headend, Suddenlink changed the channels sometime in 2005-06. Since then my star ID has been incorrect. Channel 12 is a public educational channel. If possible, can you change it to show the correct ID?

Ok so I was flicking through channels and I see this episode of total drama island and there is this challange where they have to waterski in mud and this girl who is driving the boat and she trys to cut the rope and her shirt snags and they SHOW her BOOBS that are blurred!!! So then since that's off the deep end I want to see what else they did with their "new" era of cartoons and of course at the end the guy that gets elimanted is the one on the skis and he says "I got to see boobies!!!!!" And then they are wondering who showed him their "chest" and then accuse someone and then that person would never show her "boobs" to him... Wonder what parents think

My computer that has all my icons I was working on and other important stuff has crapped out on me and will not turn on.

(I am sending this through my iMac G3 BTW) I will be on the forums as usual, but I may not be uploading videos for a while.

It all started as I was using it and all of a sudden it turned off, so I turn it back on and it boots up and gives me a BSOD (something_CHECK_EXECPTION) and resets, boots up gives the same thing and shuts off. Then I turn it on and it won't turn on and I notice that the charge light is not on. I check the cord and everythings plugged in. All I have to say about this is

COMPAQ, AND THEIR SHITTY LAPTOPS, AND

WINDOWS FOR THE WORST OS EVER!!!!!
