I want to make an emulation just like that one.
To clarify, the style was used from April 17-29, 1991.
I remember theweatherchazz used it a few times in his emulations.
Video 1 "Personalized WS4000 for Green Bay WI"
Video 2 "Overnight Storms"
Video 3 (from TWC Classics). This one isn't an emulation but it's in the style.
