TWC and your Cable Company / Paid subscription service for web? Verizon dropped us still want TWC

Verizon dropped the weather channel and we can no longer watch.  They did the same with RFD TV but RFD TV has a paid subscription on the web so we can still watch it for $90 a year.
    I would gladly pay that to watch the weather channel, any chance of that?
