Help and Support / Errors logging in and configuring
« on: November 02, 2019, 12:43:31 AM »
I attempted to configure WxScan local today. I was able to get into the site to make my configuration, but now that its been configured it won't let me in, the application demands a key, even after running preferences.exe (both with and without administrator privileges), and when I click 'Get My Key' it takes me to the CINE login, which displays '%bad passwords', same result when attempting to re-log in via my web browser (both Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.805). This occurs both in wsxl.exe and wsxl_082418.exe. I've also gone and attached a rough overview of my system specs for diagnostic reasons:
Windows 10 Home Edition (x64); v. 1809.
Intel Celeron N3060 @1.60 GHz
2 GB RAM
Is there any fix? Is anyone encountering these issues as well? I'm pretty sure that its server-side. Any help is appreciated.

) and the STAR reset itself, so it came back on during LOT8s, then went off after, no LDL, just LOT8s, then no LOT8s, then it went back to norm. This STAR has been doing this since New Year's day at 10:00 AM MST. I can't figure out what is going on, and any possible answers are helpful
