Bug Reports / Runtime Error

Im getting the -2147220850 (8004028e) runtime error. I have read the other posts and tried restarting my pc, running as admin, re-installing the program as admin but nothing works.

my config builds fine in CINE, whats going on?

pardon me if this is a noob mistake. I was in the process of setting up the emulator and the pages stopped loading. now when i try to log in on http://copper.yi.org:21863/cgi-bin/entry.cgi i get a "internet explorer could not display this page"

is the system down? when will it be back?
