I just installed Google Chrome on my PC. So far so good, definitely more stabler and faster than IE and FF.

I heart Chrome. But Firefox 4...if they make even more improvements on the speed...may just make me switch back to it. I HATE IE. But I finally tried the preview of IE9. MUCH better. :D

Justin Beiber is going to be the next Michael Jackson. It's ridiculous. Plus, his music (and any music from this current era) is TERRIBLE.

I'll say...Justin Bieber sucks. But I really wouldn't say all music in this era is terrible. That's generalization.

I'm finally done with moving!  It took a lot longer than I thought, but I'm now all settled into my new apartment.  Hope all of you are doing well this weekend.

That's great! :D

"Mischief?" But Aaron, Tyler is a Moderator, so I am kinda with him.........sorry Aaron  :hmm:

I am NOT taking either side here, but just because someone is a moderator doesn't mean they're right. It's their views that should make you decide who's right. However, I do believe Tyler held this situation properly.

Dish will treat you nicely if you say you've been their customer for 10 years and you want to switch to Direct. Haha! (Only works if you HAVE been a customer for 10+ years.) We threaten-talked our way to an American-sounding supervisor (thank God) and getting a DVR and an extra box. :D

You have to threaten them. They'll make sure you're satisfied if you won't "go to the competition."

Also, I got iOS 4 yesterday. Sad they won't allow home screen wallpaper on the iPod Touch 2G. (Jailbreak, anyone?) I LOVE the app folders! (Hint: The folders have a maximum of 12 apps.) And my geotagging on Twitter works much better now! It used to say I was either in Branson or St. Louis. <_< Now, it's actually in West Plains. :D

0z ECM shows a storm approaching the Gulf Coast around July 1st w/ a pressure of 950mb! IIRC that's a strong Cat. 3 borderline weak Cat. 4

The two "fantasyland" wind speed models that are even looking at this storm are showing it developing into at least a strong category 2 hurricane within 108 hours. This could be a really nice storm...tropical season is coming in with a bang, I guess? :P

Hi guys! Just wanted to check back in with you guys. I haven't posted here in MONTHS; my life has been extremely busy for a while. Mostly school, but that's been over for a few weeks, and I've had some time to relax and I've got some more time on my hands now, which is good. :) I will try to be more active here throughout this summer.

Just wanted to stop by - in case you were worried that I died or something. :P

Woooooot!!!!!!!

Stephen, the Stephen guy! :D Lol! Long time no...type? :P Glad you're NOT dead; that'd be pretty bad if you were. :P As Andy said earlier, we did miss you. :P

I don't know that I care for Dell computers. What really sold me with the laptop that I bought was the touch screen control panel. It is so neat to only have to touch a spot above my keyboard and turn down the audio right then and there. Only HP computers have that from what I have seen, and I haven't seen it on Dell.

I have. My friend has a laptop from Dell that does the exact same thing. Pretty cool...but it's just candy to hide the :censored: computers Dell makes. And IMO, HP is only good with printers. And they're not WONDERFUL in that aspect, either. When I get the money, I'm buying the (at least 15") MacBook Pro.

This system is probably the most promising this year as of yet (that REALLY doesn't say much! ;)), but I do see a lot of potential in the storm. I'm going to be shocked if this isn't TD One by the next update. And it also looks like several vaguely reliable models say winds will peak at (at least) 55mph...meaning we'll have Alex.

I'm happy to announce that I FINALLY bought a tuner! It's the Hauppauge 950Q, which I heard is pretty good. Haven't tried it yet...my dad is the best one to screw with the wiring, and he has to go to a fish fry (UUUGH...don't get me started about my thoughts on eating fish) tonight. Hopefully I can try recording some of my DVRed shows tonight; if not, I will definitely take a stab at it tomorrow. It'll be nice to have non-shaky video now. :P My goal is to reupload the videos of TV that I have on YouTube with...of course, better quality.

Jeff! I must say that I didn't really like Road Crew at first (like others, I definitely warmed up to it), but I liked your personality in doing such. It was informative...and there was some stuff on there of which I would have never thought. It was a bit funny at times, yet it kept the better atmosphere of TWC at the time. Also, it's a great honor to have you at TWCT, so welcome! :)

I have several personal reasons for why I always wear a hoodie in public. Just a pet peeve.

Hehe...I was talking about it being a green hoodie. Don't wear it in front of a chroma-key screen. Five internets if anyone can figure out why. :P

I wear hoodies in 50° weather, but after around 60°, I just go for a T-shirt.
