You could always buy a standard desktop hard drive and stick it into an external enclosure. That way you don't have to pay for more storage than you need.

True, true.

Best I can see right now. Only thing: no FireWire...but that's a VERY good price.

EDIT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822324013 Much bigger but noisy.

Sometimes simple isn't always better
Actually it can be....

That is my favorite re-brand in the "Simpl-era" so far.

Mozy seems to be a bit buggy. I'd recommend a large jump drive or even an external hard drive, if possible.

Does anyone know of a GOOD free online backup service? My computer is running low of memory space and I'd like to delete and back up all my videos that were from 2008. I've tried ADrive, the site is confusing. I just want a personal service, not a sharing site

I've heard of Mozy, but haven't tried it. You get 2GB free...so you may have to do a little deleting depending on all you have. If you have just pictures and documents and stuff, put what you can on a jump drive and then move into an online backup service.

BIG impending fail. :whistling: :whistling: :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

When North Korea finds out in Word 2007 what we're doing, we're all in big trouble.

Sorry for the bump, but I guess Google doesn't celebrate Memorial Day either. <_<

I'm also into corporate branding...and I think Google is stepping away from Google Doodles.

If you look at how they're re-branding their websites with a much more serious, uniform look, and how un-serious their doodles are...it's like night and day.

Prime example of re-branding:

to

I also have a different theory for why the doodles have ceased: the economy. Maybe Dennis Hwang was laid off. Who knows? Guess we'll find out soon enough.

You guys that get out around now, when do you start school?

Normally, we would have started in mid-August, but this year they never considered the probability that we'd have an ice storm when they decided to start in late August.

Normal start date is around August 16...we normally get out around May 18. <_<

Sorry to bump (I guess I'm adding something "useful" to the topic ), but I guessed if you're not ALREADY my facebook friend, I'd post my picture.

And about my hair: I've worn it this way since the 2nd semester of 4th grade. I've worn it a bit longer, a bit shorter, and just like this. I prefer this hairstyle MUCH more than my old one, where I was pretty close to bald (you could see my scalp). It may be a bit warmer in summer, but I don't care. This is here to stay for a while. <_<

So, this is me. :D And my expression in my pic VERY much describes my personality.

Well I just checked my KP ACCOUNT...and I have PRE-Operative Surgery....on May 29. That's where they just check me to see if Im healthy. The Surgery date is set on June 4...I dont know what time though. Hopefully, in the afternoon because I cant eat any foods ONLY water, 24 hours before the surgery, to prevent regurgitation. I really hope they fix it the second time. Wish me luck in this procedure!

Good luck!
