And I'm back! :D

Today has been quite mild compared to the past several days, with highs not even reaching freezing most days. This mild streak looks to continue through at least Thursday. I'm loving this.

So. I got my new iPod today (for those of you who follow me...you know about it!). The 4th gen iPod Touch is incredible. The cameras aren't necessarily great but they definitely work! The Retina display is what Apple has advertised it to be: incredible and very, very sharp. I love it...definitely worth the $30 extra! :D

This past week has been a fun busy one! On Saturday, I had to march 1.8 grueling miles in the Christmas parade (exhausting). Then, on Monday, I borderline skated. Me skating is a pretty hilarious sight to others. I move about half the time and scream for most of the rest of the time. :P

Then, on Tuesday, we started finals. Tuesday was elective finals day...the only elective I had that had a final was German. On Wednesday, we had our civics test, along with the English test. Then, today was a snow day. Today's finals would have been math and science. Many thanked the Lord that the ice was bad enough last night. :P

So I guess we'll have to do our finals tomorrow, even though I'm exempt from all finals due to good grades, good behavior, and good attendance. Yay! :)

So, for those who are in school, who has Veterans Day off? Apparently for my college, it doesn't exist on their calendars (therefore I have school.)  :club:

Sorry for the late reply. I'm catching up! ;)

Our elementary and middle schools go to the Veterans Day parade, but the high school doesn't. Of course, the HS band goes so they can march and end up being sweaty all day. Yuck!

On my mom's laptop. I upgraded my Dell Dimension 3000 to Windows 7 and the results weren't pretty. At all. (I was stuck at 640*480 resolution.) So here I am, with my updated theme on my mom's laptop. I'm using the Apple "Black and White" wallpaper set.

I'm sorry to see her go, and I hope she does well in a new job.  Sadly, it's life these days in broadcasting Meteorology.  It really is that unstable, and that's why I was told to avoid it.

Just as I never want to be in broadcasting. They exaggerate everything...and I'd never do that. I'd rather be in an off-camera position and definitely not be at TWC.

Has anyone seen this? This really just put me in awe. The "stage" is crap, but the choir itself is amazing.

I've never been a huge talk show fan unless it had some good facts or a good laugh, but they pull in the ratings day after day like they're the greatest thing around.  I know some people can't wait to watch the next episode of some shows.

Only ones I'm a fan of are Ellen (she's nowhere near as funny as she used to be) and LLS w/ Craig Ferguson (which does qualify as a talk show). Both provide good laughs :)

Crap. I hate my hair. When it looks good, it either gets soaked in rain (this Wednesday) or my camera is dead for no new profile picture (today). :cry3:

I love my classes this year!!  :thrilled: And my English teacher is not like past ones ive had :faint:

Lucky. :P My classes are OK, but my World Cultures teacher is old and senile and looks like he wants to kill me. I feel uncomfortable in his class. But I can't complain about my other classes. My German teacher is AWESOME. :D
I always wanted to take German but I didn't want to switch after starting Latin. 5 years of that was enough foreign language for me! :P

Deutsch ist cool! :D Und hallo, Herr Cornick. Wie bist du?
