What city is that? (it's not san antonio) That skyline looks like Hong Kong's

yeah. i'm aware it's not san antonio's...I couldn't find a 3-D City View of San Antonio so I just ripped it from google. i have no idea where that skyline is at.

IMHO, back to school is just another marketing gimmick for the retailers of America. The economy is awful right now, hence they figured they'd get a jump on it. It seems that advertising for ever holiday starts a little earlier each year.

ain't that the truth. i've noticed that myself, especially the last couple of years. ha.

well i've published it...those who know more than I do about some OCM's and their time slots, feel free to edit it...it might be confusing at first (wiki-table set up) but you'll get it after a minute or two.

So I have a little plan to some what improve the weather channel's article on wikipedia.

to possibly replace the "current programs" with the programs going in order from First Outlook - Evening Edition on weekdays and Weekend Outlook - Evening Edition on weekends, with their proper time slots, indication if they're in HD or not and with their current hosts.

all within a table - like below (this hasn't been saved - i use the "show preview option)

my question - good idea/bad idea?

I'm aware there is an OCM Section just below that, but I feel that it would be pretty awesome to indicate what OCM belongs to what show, you know?

your thoughts would be helpful on my decision to publish it or not. hahaha

i'm also aware some time slots are incorrect :P

OCMs & Personalities / Re: Adam Berg
« on: June 28, 2008, 01:41:49 PM »
You know, if we made a drinking game for every time Adam says "everybody", "gang", or "you guys", we'd already be drunk after only an hour and a half of A&B. A couple times tonight, he even said stuff like, "All right, everybody, check this radar out here, gang."

that's personality. and i like it. i'm not sure if you're saying your against or in favor of it. but i love OCMs that bring their personality on air.

here is the PME version of a local news lower third (thanx Al for the blank Lower Third)

Sorry, I don't consider this "art." All you did is use Al's template and add text over top.

not to mention the HD Tables are too mine. eh oh well.
