Seems to me after her fill-in role ends, she's out at TWC.
So after her fill-in role, Is she being let go? or Just not sure what role they want her to have at TWC?

she's more then likely not going to renew her contract.

if it's not vacation or medical leave, what else could it possibly be? come on now.

now that we know what's going on, maybe the pieces will come together.

So, for those who are in school, who has Veterans Day off? Apparently for my college, it doesn't exist on their calendars (therefore I have school.)  :club:

you'll find out that most holidays don't apply for college students.

for thanksgiving i only get the 24th off. which is totally dumb.

but we have almost 2 months off for winter break.  :P

That is what you think. But not this time!   :nono: The republicans screwed America over big time for 8 years, forcing us into the worst recession in any of our lifetimes, and we have only just started to recover from that mess.  Yes, tomorrow will be a great day. For the democrats!!! We got a bunch of surprises up our sleeves tomorrow.  I will be so happy to see the haters eat crow!  :rofl2:

Agreed. The republicans are responsible for the situation we're in now, Democrats historically have been able to turn the worst economic situation around, unfortunately, that is not the case. I will not be participating in elections due to lack of time, even interest at the time.

isn't NBC fixing to be sold?? aren't they in bankruptcy anyway? wtf, i don't know who they think they are coming around and making dramatic changes, but this certainly isn't going to go well for the viewers...perhaps this is why the video wall is no longer being used.

someone at NBC needs a nice slap across the face, and shown the door.  :club:

If there was big destruction and the sirens failed, that would make national news. (If there was destruction).

There wasn't, it was a short-lived tornado and I live in the hill country...so there aren't many people that would be effected unless it hit ASU directly.

so this morning i was sleeping until about 9am when I started to hear what was rain outside, it was coming down hard and I said....cool, we need it, no big deal. lol well, about 15 minutes later I started hearing the nasty thunderstorms that aren't the normal "boom", i got up checked the NWS and TWC and confirmed that my area was under a Tornado Warning. about 3 minutes after that, ASU sent out an Alert to all it's students telling us to evacuate to the first floor of our hall immediately.

we also have tornado sirens, but it's become apparent that they have failed in the event of a serious situation...not sure how the city will handle that, but if you were watching TWC and saw San Angelo on the map, that's where I was.  :P

what strikes me is that the Cantore and Steele page on facebook is still being updated with newsfeeds...the name hasn't been changed either.

i highly doubt they're gonna stop using them just like that...they paid quite a lot of money for that unique feature, it's also suppose to be energy efficient.

if TWC was going to ax the video wall all together, why even spend the time and money installing it? not to mention, if they were to get rid of it, it would cost even more money to remove it.
