either way I don't like it...A&B should be 2 hours, 7-9, and EE should be 9-11 again...just more changes, not for the better

I agree with this person above me!!! :twothumbs:

I guess due to the shortage of OCMS I think they will host Weather Center AND Beyond The Forecast.

its not due to shortage but rather ratings...Beyond the Forecast will likely be discontinued in the near future.

so, today was the AH Chorale Department's last performance of "Into the Woods". we wanted to go out with a bang, and typically on the last day of production, its tradition to add something funny.

however we didn't, so we as a tech crew, and stage crew decided to fog up the whole stage during the last song, we did so. we used the fog for all of our performances, so fire alarms weren't an issue, at the time at least. so we went through with our plan and with about 5-10 minutes left into the show, the fire alarms go off, with an obnoxious voice over the alarms:

"ATTENTION, THERE HAS BEEN A REPORTED EMERGENCY, PLEASE EVACUATE THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE ANY ELEVATORS."

the show ended and we were waiting for the AHFD to arrive so we can tell them it was a false alarm, they arrived, and we told them what happened. they turned off the alarms, walked into the auditorium pissed, and gave us a warning.

the best finale, ever.   :P our audience loved the action by the way.

I just submitted my taxes on the free online TaxCut thingy from H&R block... hopefully I did it properly, and if I did, I'll get a whopping $396 back, lol
Ugggh.  I still have to do that.  I'll put that on top of the 100 other things I have to do.  I've been so busy with EVERYTHING..literally, since the new year.  crazy.

as i...(taxes and being busy) BLAH.

It appears to be from TWC's press site's image gallery. They have HD logos, just not 3-D. :cry3:
Where are the images at? I could have some fun with the images, heh :)

What I would recommend is doing a bit of the blur tool around the edges of yourself a little bit, NOT TOO MUCH, but a smidge, before putting it into the graphic. It would help get rid of a bit of the jaggedness that you sort of see... Otherwise, great job, heh. :)

Also, is that a specific font you're using for the EE logo or is that premade?

EDIT: From past experiences with Photoshop, it is extremely easier to do some cutting and cropping yourself out when you're in front of a solid colored wall, which it seems like what you're doing.

it was from twc media kit, that's why its kinda crappy. I open it up as a png, place it into a png pic/graphic and it kinda messes up the image for whatever reason, btw thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely try it out.

It's not that bad... the only thing I'm seeing missing is the guy's left pinky finger... That's about the only thing that's missing. Otherwise, it's good!

its definitely there, its behind the other finger, trust me...i had to re cut that area to make sure it was there :P, btw that is myself. haha.

I've always wanted to do this, but I always knew that I'd fail...

is the cut out really that horrible? >_< I can't to seem to succeed when it comes to cutting people out in the GIMP.

W.T.F.?! my days of watching twc are over, good luck failing.

the whole network is a mess now, not just in the OCM Department.

Great job! B) Though, the color scheme for the graphics should be much darker; it reminds me more of Your Weather Today than Evening Edition.

Also, based on that LDL location I believe that opener came from Derek.

i got the colors from the EE Logo :P, but yeah i realized that when I compared the transition to the graphics. haha

i already built the configuration....it does show that, but it quickly sends me back to the welcome page.
