not even two weeks into my apartment, and I already have a problem with the tenant living above me...going into the office tomorrow to ask for a copy of my lease to see if i have a right to constantly complain until the person above me quits playing loud, and unreasonable music during all hours of the night. (he also uses an amp that vibrates my entire room)
not a happy camper. at all.
i have to work 10 hour shifts, is it so hard to ask for it to be QUIET while I sleep. i swear if the office doesn't take care of it, i'll take matters into my own hands.
