OT much?
Then what are the things that theyv'escaegbaefqerqgtg named???
Whatever happened to Kyle? Not the Canada one, but the other one.
Let Al be the perfect example why cellphones should be banned from driving, and why Teens should not be allowed to drive.
ok first off...i do not drive...i repeat i do not drive.
secondly, i still stand my case about the evidence thing and the warrant issues. they're simply too many loop holes in these so called "laws". there is actually this really funny loop hole my friend chase found about getting around a parking ticket he got at school, though this isn't the proper place for this.
I'm sure your fellow Texans are relieved to know that you do not drive.
I certainly think that Al's views are definitley fairly representative of what most teenagers would tell you. However, there are some responsible teenagers out there. But you know how it often goes-the majority are punished because of the minority.

I think that we should just sum it up by saying that Al's against responsibility in its entirety.
i'm just pointing out the facts. you can say i'm against it.
i'm not. responsibility? i'm a teenager, we don't do that. well most of the time we don't.
any teenager that says otherwise is flat out lying.
I won't argue with that! Teenagers (and I know-I was one!) are the most irresponsible group of people there are!
I just wanted to comment on something you said at TWCC. So you think that outlawing driving while texting is stupid too? Maybe you also support driving while blindfolded?
Hmm, maybe teenagers shouldn't be allowed to drive then...I think that we should just sum it up by saying that Al's against responsibility in its entirety.

Yes, but if your using it and breaking a law, they can. That's like if you shot someone, they can/will take your gun. Exact same thing.Well by all means, they should do whatever it takes. It IS legal for them to confiscate it if they have reason to believe your breaking the law. If you don't want your precious phone taken away, then do the smart thing and don't talk/text while driving.
again...THEY CAN'T. unless they have a warrant. it's part of your property.
again, where lies the evidence?
Most phones keep track of when calls are placed and/or received. You should check yours out, Surely it does too.
it can easily be deleted as well...
Not while your talking it can't!

The bottom line here Al is that many accidents can be avoided by paying a little more attention to the road and a little less to the phone. Maybe you'll change your outlook when someone you know gets killed by someone talking and driving. And don't think it can't happen, because the chances of it happening are darn good.

I think it's a great idea. Unless it's an emergency, there's absolutely no reason why you should be on a phone while driving. And besides, it's dangerous. Your mind can't focus on two things at once. So, if you're talking on the cell phone while driving, you're main focus is NOT on the driving, and you run a higher risk of an accident.Yes if its absolutely necessary, then they can pull over. There is NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER to be talking/texting on a cell phone when driving.
