Paul Emmick?

On A&B tonight, they had a guest meteorologist with a meteorologist named Paul Emmick. Is this the same Paul Emmick that used to work for TWC? :unsure:

I know there are two Stephanie Abrams, spelled exactly the same. One works as a reporter for ABC News while the other of course is an OCM on TWC.

BTW, does anyone remember how long Paul was at TWC? Gil seems to remember seeing him in 2003, but I thought he left earlier than that....
