New OCM - Todd Santos

This morning on weather.com there's a new OCM named Todd Santos doing the forecasts. I believe he's a former weather plus meteorologist.

So lets get this straight.... Fire some of the best OCMs who have been at TWC for many years... And hire someone like this.  :club: Why must you shoot yourself in the foot TWC!!!
